Denver University. Refining the United States Department of Education’s State Personnel Development Grant (SPDG) EBPD Rubric

This project focused on refining the United States Department of Education’s State Personnel Development Grant (SPDG) rubric, which is used to evaluate the quality of professional development applications for funding made by school districts and state education agencies across the country. Our team’s goal was to streamline and strengthen the rubric so that it more clearly communicated expectations, reduced redundancy, and aligned more closely with evidence-based practices in adult learning and implementation science.
