SPDG Directors' Webinar: Supporting Secondary Teachers’ Implementation of Evidence-Based Literacy Practices Using an Adaptive Intervention Coaching Model
This session focuses on an adaptive intervention coaching model, AIM Coaching. AIM Coaching was designed to provide coaches with systematic guidance on how to use teacher skill and will data to support teachers' school-wide implementation of a set of evidence-based comprehension building practices (i.e., PACT Plus) in middle schools. AIM Coaching has been implemented in two federally funded grants and has evidence of promise for improving teacher and student outcomes.

This webinar, part of the SPDG Director’s Webinar series on Coaching, explores Data-Driven Instructional Coaching Model (DDICM), an evidence-based coaching framework designed to support interventionists in implementing effective early reading interventions for K-3 students with or at-risk of reading disabilities.
Effective Coaching of Teachers: Fidelity Tool Rubric
This tool can be used to help measure the fidelity of coaching so that these data can be used by coaches and other educators to continuously improve upon how coaching occurs. However, this tool should not be used to formally evaluate coaching practice or used in a manner that is not supportive of educators serving in the role of coach.
