as a guide for planning, implementing, and sustaining best practice meeting foundations and using data for problem solving and
decision-making.

This checklist outlines specific coaching and content skills required of EBISS Systems’ Coaches to
implement and sustain the essential features of the Interagency Systems Support Plan (ISSP).
