This presentation aims to serve as a hands-on Q&A workshop to support further development of dissemination skills using interactive infographic tools (i.e., Shorthand). We will discuss data visualization core principles and guidelines for making them accessible and friendly to a wide audience, demonstrate the use of Shorthand, tips for better data figures, and design ideas in accord with Jonathan Schwabish’s Better Data Visualization Book.
