F2MAX: Family Engagement.
We will share the generative relationship of our Statewide Family Network, Families to the MAX (F2MAX). We will elevate how our relationship began and how it has evolved overtime. We will emphasize how trust and relationship building takes time but leads to dynamic and authentic family engagement across our system.

Collaborating for Literacy.
Idaho is currently implementing a multi-year project based on improving literacy through the science of reading. The project has multiple stakeholders from different positions and schools across the state. Recently, the evaluation team collaborated with a program coach when creating evaluation measures for the program. This session will help you think about how evaluation can help drive successful collaboration.

Student Outcome Fidelity Measure for Literacy Lessons.
The Rhode Island SPDG Team developed a student outcome fidelity tool to measure student engagement during Structured Literacy lessons presented by educators who completed SPDG-funded literacy training. Student behaviors specific to literacy are observed (e.g., Students use syllable division to decode and encode multisyllabic words during a phonics lesson.). The tool includes 10 literacy-specific subject areas.

CIPP Collaboration During GPRA Reviews.
The Center to Improve Program and Project Performance (CIPP) team reviews and aggregates Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) data that SPDG grantees report to the Office of Special Education Programs. What happens during the annual review process? Members of the CIPP team will take you behind the curtain to understand how pairs of CIPP staff review the GPRA data and provide recommendations for improving the data you report.
