- Representatives from Minnesota’s Comprehensive System of Personnel Development Team surveyed 500+ individuals about factors affecting recruitment and retention of professionals working with children with disabilities in early childhood education.
- They will share results of the 400+ person survey and focus groups and discuss implications for other states.

Learning Targets: (1) Participants are able to name at least 3 strategies to respond to a changing implementation landscape. (2) Participants are able to name one resource and one strategy for using root cause analysis to plan.

Purpose: Develop a shared understanding of the purpose, goals, and planned activities.
Learning Targets: Participants will have a basic idea of their audience, how they want to reach them, and the messaging that will resonate with each audience.
