• Identify an equity challenge in your work. What do available satellite and map data tell you (or not tell you) about the challenge? What street data do you need?
• Which of the street data strategies could you try out in the next two weeks? Make a short plan of who, when, why, and how you’ll do this.
• What might get in the way of you collecting street data and how will you stay the course?

Purpose: Learn how to impact student outcomes. Share and learn about the types of data that can be used to demonstrate student outcomes.

Learning Targets: (1) Participants will have a rough sketch of an elevator speech; (2) Participants will be able to describe at least two ways to demonstrate impact.

Purpose: Develop a shared understanding of the purpose, goals, and planned activities.

Learning Targets:  Participants will have a basic idea of their audience, how they want to reach them, and the messaging that will resonate with each audience.

Lesson 10 SISEP Initiative Inventory

Purpose: Participants learn from each other about strategies that respond to a changing context. Participants learn of appropriate uses of the root cause analysis and how to link the analysis to action.

Learning Targets: (1) Participants are able to name at least 3 strategies to respond to a changing implementation landscape. (2) Participants are able to name one resource and one strategy for using root cause analysis to plan.
