Dr. Johnson will present a brief overview of the Recognizing Effective Special Education Teachers (RESET) observation rubrics, designed to give special education teachers feedback on their implementation of a variety of evidence-based instructional practices. She will also explain how Idaho has incorporated the use of RESET in their SSIP and SPDG work to build special education teachers’ capacity and improve student outcomes.
