Description/Other Details
1. Marketing Basics with GraduateFIRST. Involving layers of stakeholders to take action around initiatives is critical to the success of any project. Using the example of GraduateFIRST, a SPDG project in Georgia, this session focuses on the basics of communication and marketing. Strategies for messaging and coordinating tactics will be shared.
2. Learn how, with the help of New Teacher Center e-Mentoring for Student Success (eMSS), the Kansas Program overcame their challenges to retain Special Education teachers.
3. MD SPDG Professional Development System. The MD SPDG has an aligned system (State, district, school) of professional development focused on implementing evidence-based practices in mathematics with fidelity. This presentation will focus on the school level.
