CEEDAR’s work with States and follow-up example of their work in Florida. CEEDAR is working intensively with 20 states and partnering institutes of higher education reform their teacher and leader preparation programs, revise licensure standards to align with reforms, refine personnel evaluation systems, and realign policy structures and professional learning systems.
Florida’s story is one of collaboration with many partners to support students with disabilities in attaining the college and career ready standards. Intertwining the SPDG and CEEDAR grant goals and objectives is one example of a successful joint effort toward meeting this goal. This presentation will explain how the pieces fit together.
