This presentation highlights key elements necessary to form a solid understanding of the Uniform Guidance, which is in title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200. Throughout this presentation, there are references to the following regulations:
2 CFR Part 200 (Uniform Guidance), Other Parts of 2 CFR, Title 34 of the CFR Parts 74 through 77, Parts 79 through 82; Parts 84 through 86, and Parts 97 through 99 (also referred to as the Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR)).
