Patricia H. Mueller, Ed.D. is President and founder of Evergreen Evaluation & Consulting, Inc., a firm specializing in the development and evaluation of federal-funded programs. Dr. Mueller has extensive experience in writing and evaluating federally funded education initiatives to include: State Personnel Development Grants in five states (VT, NH, MS, AL, DE), national Technical Assistance & Dissemination Centers (RRCPs, NCEO, CAST & Early Childhood Centers) and personnel preparation programs, among others. Pat lives in Vermont with her husband, David Merves and her 3 dogs, Chance, Morgan and Inu.
Jocelyn Cooledge, Ph.D. is a Research and Evaluation Consultant and has led evaluations of education, disability, and at-risk student projects. She has served as an evaluator on four SIG/SPDG projects as well as assisted with the proposal development for other states. Previously, Jocelyn was the Evaluation Coordinator for the Mid-South Regional Resource Center. In addition to her evaluation work, Jocelyn served as the Director of the TRiO Student Support Services program, which included a focus on post-secondary assistance for students with disabilities. She, her husband, two young children, and neurotic cat live in South Dakota.
