Dr. Fixsen notes that this article--especially p. 103 on--specifies some leadership behaviors that are linked to producing intended outcomes. It acknowledges the complexity of leadership (balance of many factors simultaneously, enough of everything and not too much of anything) and gets at the WHAT and HOW issues we summarize in the Formula for Success and the Active Implementation Frameworks.
