Evaluation Briefs: Disseminating Evaluation Data

How do we get stakeholders to actually read evaluation reports? How do we use evaluation data to build awareness and support recruitment? The Kansas Technical Assistance Systems Network (TASN) had developed evaluation briefs (one-page evaluation summaries) to highlight the implementation and impact of SPDG/TASN projects. These briefs have been widely disseminated across KSDE, stakeholder groups, and district personnel.

Strategic Alignment:  Creation – Communication - Execution

To strategically plan the alignment of district and site initiatives means understanding the importance of having a common plan. We know at the heart of this challenge is the lack of clarity.  Multiple initiatives implement independently of one another and their common thread is not clear.  We all want positive student outcomes,  so how can we become more intentional as we weave our initiatives into a clear strategy?
